All Puppy Packages include access to The Dial Method®—a science-backed, human-focused framework that helps you feel confident and clear between sessions.

Created by The Family Dog, this structured video + workbook experience gives you practical tools to support your dog right in the middle of real life—on the floor, in your living room, during your actual Tuesday.

We’ll use the version that fits your household—whether that’s a family with kids or an adult-only home. Either way, the content is focused on building clarity, consistency, and connection.

You’ll have 6 months to access the video, giving you plenty of time to revisit the material whenever you need it.

Logistics

What kind of support do I get between sessions?

  • After each live session, you’ll receive a personalized summary with key takeaways, practice suggestions, and guidance tailored to your puppy’s stage of development. Notes are delivered by email.

  • If included in your package, you’re welcome to submit one short video clip (1–2 minutes) each week. I’ll review and send written feedback to help you adjust or fine-tune your approach.

  • If you’re in the Puppy+ program, you also have access to light support between sessions. This means you can send one short email or text per week—perfect for a quick update, clarifying question, or a “this just happened” moment. I’ll reply within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).

    If your question needs deeper attention or we hit a bigger challenge, we’ll either fold it into our next session or talk about adding extra support.
